Today I had the pleasure of having Pete visit my home to wash our 24 year old PVC fence and some landscape rock around our property. He is a one man show and he did not disappoint. I was the first one in my subdivision that purchased a PVC fence in 1999 and it has stood up against terrible weather and storms over the years. The fence built up algae and mold and I wanted to have it removed before the winter.Pete arrived exactly on time and we discussed the job in detail before he began work. He took his time and even cleaned up areas that I did not ask him to. It has only been hours since he has been here, but I am very pleased and I will have more work for him in the future.Having a home means being a caretaker over the gift that the giver granted. Get a professional who cares about your home as he does his own. Pete is that guy!!

Pete did an exceptional job, start to finish.We had our new house and windows powerwashed and Pete was clear about expectations upfront, and went above and beyond to clean the home, even getting moss from really tight spots. You can tell he really cares about the product because of his attention to detail and rigor to ensure the home remains in sustainible condition. The brick and vinyl has never looked better.Top to bottom, the exterior of our house looks transformed. Gutters look brand new. I have a large deck surfaced with a Brazilian hard wood that was full of lichen. Pete did a careful and professional job of cleaning it and applying a mildicide and brightener. The deck looks like new.

Pete provided fast quality exterior window washing and desk cleaning services for me this week at a reasonable price. When I mentioned later that when looking out the windows in the back (where I have lots of tall trees) the windows weren't as clean as I liked, he came right out and fixed them. To be fair, from the outside they looked great; it wasn't until you look through them in sunlight that you noticed. He has the knowledge, experience and tools to handle all your major cleaning needs.

Our house was covered in black mold which would not come off with regular power washing. Pete was able to do his magic and now our house is shining like brand new again! Pete is a pleasure to do business with and he'll offer recommendations for immediate care and future care. He also has a network of friends that do other "handy work". "I've got a guy who can do that" were his exact words. We welcome recommendations!His work is clean and the finished product is great. He took care to water the plants before starting the powerwash.I can't say enough about how satisfied we are.We will be doing more cleaning on other areas of the home, just needed the northern exposure addressed ASAP. Pete came out and soft washed our blue stone patio, walkway and stone walls. His soft wash process was easy on the natural stone surfaces but did.a fantastic job removing the mold, mildew and dirt that had built up. When I called to have some work done to the outside of my home, my call was answered, even though he was on a job. I sent some pictures and Pete returned my call as soon as he finished the job the same day. We booked a date & he called that morning to confirm the time & that he was on his way. Pete was very perfessional, you can tell he takes his job very seriously & it shows in the work he does&even in the difference in his equipment compared to the other companies out there. I had 12 house showings the next day and suddenly realized I needed to make the outside of the house look better. I called around and nobody could do it short notice. I got in touch with Pete and he was able to help me out.My house was grey with green mold all around. By the time he was done the house was bright white. I honestly couldn't believe how good it looked, or that I didn't really have grey siding.Prices were excellent, having just talked to 6 other companies I can say that his price was the best on top of being able to do it that day.Professional, friendly, fast. He got it done and undoubtedly helped sell our house. I'm sure I'll call him for our next house so we can enjoy it before we sell this time!

I had Pete from Powerhouse Window Cleaning and Power Washing out today to clean my gutters and siding. I have an aluminum siding house that had a lot of oxidation, mold, and algae on it. When he arrived he walked through the process he would take to make my house shine again. He soft washed the house and was able to remove all of the unsightly mess that was on the siding and gutters. Pete did an awesome job power washing my white house and concrete patio. He was very responsive when I called and left him a message. Called back within minutes! He was even able to come out THAT day, due to a job postponement at another home. There were a few things (that I noticed the next morning) which still looked a little dirty after he completed the work. I emailed him about it and he promptly replied and came back the next day to make sure I was totally satisfied with his work. He also gave me several suggestions about things regarding my home, as a new homeowner, which I greatly appreciated.
